Please complete this data collection form to ensure we have all the relevant personal information we require before your child starts school - click here.
Please will you complete our ‘All about me’ form to enable us to learn more about your child and their particular likes and dislikes - click here.
Please complete the documents and bring them along to the meeting on June 27th here at school. Should you need a paper copy, please pop into the school office to collect one.
